What counts as a "user"?

An active user is a teammate who logs in and uses the timeline or AI assistant during the billing month. Read-only viewers (e.g. an exec who only opens shared digests) are free. We don't charge for inactive logins — if someone hasn't signed in for 30 days, the user doesn't bill.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
